For Young Minds (Age 7-10)

Saturdays 9am. Livingston, NJ

Developing strong bodies, confident minds, and steady hearts through every stage of growth.

We use music, props like breathing ball, magic feathers, themes like jungle safari, superhero training, and stories that make Yoga poses into adventures where kids become the characters. Kids also learn various breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities in a way they’ll actually love.

For Adolescent Growth (Age 10+)

Sundays 5pm. Livingston, NJ

In a fun & interactive environment and a wonderfully vibed class, kids learn not just the "how's" but also "whys". A little bit of play and a lot of learning.

They learn specific practices outlining why of each practice that they do. Practices for physical strength, posture correction, confidence. Kids learn techniques to regulate their emotions, increase focus & calm, manage stress, & build emotional resilience.

For Women's Health

Saturdays 8am. Sundays 6pm. Livingston, NJ

Experience a class like no other, uniquely designed to honor the complex needs of women’s health. Ancient tools delivered in a creative way.

Specific poses to harmonize hormonal balance, strengthen pelvic floor, increase bone density, and build muscular resilience. Various ancient pranayamas to lower cortisol, regulate emotions and promote mental wellbeing. Meditation techniques for a calm and productive mind.

Life Lessons from Bhagwad Gita 

Age 5-10, Saturdays 10am / Age 11+, Fridays 6.30pm, Livingston, NJ

Younger children explore the Gita's teachings where each topic is exemplified through daily situations, related hands-on activities, crafts, kids role-playing, and narrating stories.

Pre-teens and teens have interactive dialogue and Q&A to tackle real-world challenges like academic stress & peer pressure. By analyzing life’s dilemmas, students learn to navigate complex decision-making with confidence. The sessions also integrate meditation and breathwork.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal Care: Prepare your body for birth with movements that follow monthly safe checklist. Practices to maintain the mobility, strength, and prepare for the labor and delivery. Practices addressing common discomforts like back pain and nausea, and mindful breathing to reduce stress and anxiety for both you and your baby.

Postnatal Recovery: Focuses on reclaiming your pelvic strength, enhancing bone density, and support muscular health after delivery. These sessions are a sanctuary for emotional well-being, helping to regulate hormones and provide a supportive community for new mothers.
